Walla Walla Wine Tour
October 12 @ 7:30 am - October 14 @ 12:00 pm
Now is the time to sign up for the 2018 Walla Walla Wine Tour. The tour promises to be an enjoyable fall weekend outing. This is a two overnight wine tour. We leave Friday, October 12th and return Sunday, October14th. We will be visiting various Walla Walla wineries, tasting the best they have to offer.
As an added bonus, we’re very fortunate to have reserved a limited number of rooms at the historic Marcus Whitman Hotel in downtown Walla Walla. The BMW group rate starts at $159.00 per night for a Standard King room and $209.00 per night for an Executive Tower King room. To make your hotel reservations, please call the Marcus Whitman Hotel 1-866-826-9422. Mention the BMW Club to receive the special rates.
We will meet Friday morning at the QFC in Enumclaw, WA (1009 Monroe Ave) at 7:30 am. I will be distributing the detailed driving directions. There are gas stations and a Starbucks near the Enumclaw QFC.
We will take a couple of short breaks along the way and then stop for lunch in Prosser, WA. After lunch, as we continue our drive to Walla Walla, we will have the opportunity to visit a couple of beautiful wineries. We plan to arrive and check into the Marcus Whitman Hotel around 5 to 5:30. We will have a group dinner at The Marc Restaurant in the hotel. Everyone is invited and each person will take care of their own dinner bill. Saturday, we will be visiting a number of outstanding wineries. You may make your own dinner plans on Saturday evening. You can choose from a number of fine restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. I’ll be happy to make any recommendations. Sunday tours and return trip will be on your own.
